Sushi Tango is not quite as polished as Origami, Kikugawa or Fuji-ya but it is quite good. My girlfriend had never had sushi so we opted for some first-timer friendly rolls and tempura squid (Ika). The Unagi (freshwater eel) was excellent, as were the spicy tuna rolls and dynamite rolls. The Philly rolls were dominated by cream cheese but still good. Price range is average for sushi. If you want to impress a visiting Japanese or Californian, you might go elsewhere but Sushi Tango is worth a try.
Pros: selection, price is avg
Cons: not as elegant, service inconsistent
