Ok, I like Seastar. I go there often. I crave the Maytag salad or the plank mushrooms and the poke, they're always great. Congrats on the Food & Wine Award. But after the other night, I just had to post. Could they ever cook a vegetable to help them? I ordered the plank salmon 5 days ago, I got 'smoked' broccoli that was bigger than the salmon itself! Fred Flintstone sized! It was gross to look at and unenjoyable to eat! Not only that but less than a week before that, I received way undercooked (also see 'raw') green beans with my dinner, what is with this? Aside from this its almost always good. Its worth making the trip and spending the cash. Hands down order the steak or swordfish, always great. Caveat vegetable eater!
