While the Meister family has a few places in the cities this is the one you'll want to drive to. Situated on beautiful Cedar Lake (45 min from St. Paul) Bernie Meister has created a masterpiece with the Meisterburger--a half pound bacon cheese burger like no other, coupled with the freshest fries (he cuts the potato and right in to the fryer when you order) and you have the best burger and fries ever. On a recent trip up there with 6 close friends of mine I ordered for everyone and now 2 months late they aer all still talking about it. Beautiful drive too.
