The beef tenderloin was made perfectly.. it melted in my mouth and was matched well with the wine reduction sauce and mushrooms. The snapper in parchment paper was good.. all the flavors of the vegetables went right into the fish. The grand marnier souffle was pretty good.. the texture was just right. The apple tartin had a very yummy crust!
