What's not to like? Webster Hall feels like a cozy club within a larger club. The staff is friendly (minus the self-important door guys whose moods can swing either way), the drinks don't cost more than you should be used to paying at clubs, and the music is great. The hip hop room should be bigger though-- wider, at least (it feels like you're dancing in a narrow hallway with 150 of your "closest" friends).
