I think it's silly that Benihana's son decides to make a restaurant that is based off of Japanese Anime and Cartoons. The location itself is silly, right between the movies and an ice cream store, overlooking a parking lot.
In general nothing makes sense about the restaurant and the food is not up to par for what experienced people can call 'good'. In the end there are those that actually want to a menu consisting of 20 different sake's and 'Dragon Ball Z' characters overlooking you.
