This is the best casual mid-range (in price) restaurant I've been to in a long, long time. They offer a 3-course prix fixe menu Sundays - Thursdays all day for $25, which I thought was a great deal. You get either a house salad or soup of the day, an entree (in our case it was a wonderful grilled polenta with portobella mushrooms), and a dessert (in our case, it was two scoops of blackberry sorbet in a crisp cookie shell).
We also ordered the quiche lorraine ($11), which was the best I've ever had, including ones I sampled in France. It came with matchstick potatoes (kind of a takeoff on shoestring potatoes) and a salad.
Our server was professional and efficient and made good recommendations.
It was a beautiful day, and the restaurant seated us in their outdoor garden, but the interior looked just as nice and fun.
