Franklin Park Conservatory is truly a treasure in the Near East Side. From the 98 acre beautiful park to the free seasonal displays to the ever changing exhibits throughout the facility, the Conservatory is a joy to visit and live near. Those of us who are fortunate enought to live near this jewel in our central city know the wonders of escaping to this tropical paradise in the middle of one of central Ohio's snowstorms. An afternoon at the Conservatory can take one away to magical lands and sooth the spirit. The tranquil sounds, smells, and sights of the rainforest, desert, or island paradise truly please the soul.
