We went for a birthday dinner. The wait for the table was 40 min., a waiter to introduce themselves was 25min., and the wait for our order to be taken was 35 min. He forgot to get one person's order so we had to track him down for that. Then when the food was delivered---two of our party waited an extra 10min. before they recieved their plates. The drink order was off by three. When ready to leave, we had to request our waiter for the check and then waited 15 min. before he came to the table. We waited 15 minutes to receive the change. We were never asked if things were fine. We spoke to the Hostess about our problem, she didn't get the manager nor was there any improvement in the service. Service was so terrible that I nor my family will return.
