If you like watching your 9"" for THREE weeks while your 32"" is getting repaired, this is the place. Show Room - Before picking up my T.V. from the repair center I stopped in the sales room to ask a few questions regarding SONY vs SONY XBR. I understand the basics I need specifics. I was spoken to as though I were an idiot. He appeared to be annoyed I even aked him a question. No one else in the show room but me, I quess he was more interested in standing around than customer service. Repair shop - wheeled my television out, NO help to the car offered. When I discoverd they wrote the contact phone number down incorrectly, an apology was nevered offered. In fact the girl looked at me as if to say, dumb ass gave us the wrong number.
