Vargo's - what a disappointment. This was by far the worst service I have had in any restaurant in Houston. We waited an hour before the appetizers were brought and then another 30 minutes for our salads (which we had to ask for and the order was wrong). The wait staff all looked confused and customers had to flag down their orders. The people sitting next to us finally cancelled their order out of frustration - if only we had been as smart! The entrees were mediocre at best. We did finally get up out of pure frustration and told the manager what we thougt. He did not offer an apology or try to explain, he did look somewhat digusted and said just go. So we did and we will not be back. Please, someone, buy it, redo it, and hire decent help!
