If Kerbey Lane would pay attention to the simple things, their food and service would improve dramatically. The blueberry wheat pancakes had WAY too many blueberries in them (couldn't taste the pancake batter). The coffee was good but I had to ask for refills on coffee and cream. I ordered the bacon crispy and it came back limp and just drenched in grease. I sent the blueberry pancakes back, ordered biscuits instead and they were wet on the bottom. They charged me for the pancakes anyways and for the biscuits and gravy (never even got the gravy). When I complained to the waitress she absolutely made no effort at all to rectify the situation....gave me one of those sweet blank stares that seemed to imply that she was completely powerless. So, I was forced to make the adjustment on the tip.
