The Good (appetizers):
The vegetable delite appetizer (samosa, pakora & deep fried paneer) was quite good as was the naan (large pieces baked just right in the tandoor over)
The Not So Good (the main entrees)
The Chicken tikka was dissapointing-chewy chicken that lacked flavor. The pallak paneer (spinach with cheese) was dripping in butter to the point it was hard to eat/digest.
Overall, Cedars is a medicore indian dining experience (both in terms of food and overall service). We're still on the hunt for ""good indian"" in Seattle and will try other places over the coming months.
By far THE BEST indian food in the Northwest is in Vancouver (larger Indian population to support and keep the restauranteurs honest about their offering). In particular, ""Maurya"" on West Broadway is excuisite.
Pros: Lots of food variety, Lots of staff
Cons: Mediocore food, Lots of staff
