The stylist I got was very friendly, but sadly wasn't good at her job at all. Thank god I only asked her to trim my bangs! She dragged the scissors down my hair, resulting in ragged, frizzy bangs. Also, be aware that this places presses product on you like nowhere else. You really have to put your foot down and say NO. The trim cost $22, which wasn't terrible, but I ended up spending $30 to solve hair problems which didn't really exist. The only reason I'll go back to this place is for supplies.
