Tangierino has a wonderfully warm ambience which makes it quite possible to get lost in the somewhat moroccan (or at least exoticly different) interior of the restaurant - esp if you are seated in the private room and esp ifyou stare for long enough at the wonderful photographs, lanterns and silver windows. Having said that, the food is hardly a selling point and would be best regarded as tangentially Moroccan and definitely average or worse- especially considering the price. Rather head over to the other side of the restaurant and order up a few sheeshas (available in flavors as disparate as melon, rose and apple - definitely apple!). The crowd can be a bit old but inhale a little aromatic smoke, stare at those mesmerizing eyes on the wall and you may well forget exactly how much you doled out for dinner!
Pros: Aura, Tuffah argeela/shesha
Cons: Mediocre food
