When the item I bought literally broke the first time I wore it, I took it back to the store. The salesperson was rude, stuck up, condescending, and smugly told me she sells the item all the time and no one else had a problem with it. She implied that I was lying even though I had the broken item in my hand. VERY RUDE!!!
