Problem is with language. I wanted to make an appointment and the lady who treated me wanted to book me for another treatment, and they started talking in russian - I frankly find it very disrespectful.
Plus since they understand very little english and can speak in broken english alone. It is difficult to understand. I wanted a european facial, she didn't give me massage and then I asked her about massage then she tells me that,"Oh I changed the treatment, because your skin had a problem and massage no good" go figure...
