I can't imagine anyone being ignorant enough not to comprehend that this establishment is anything other than an hack assemblyline barber shop and, as such, can expect the sort of results that are in accordance with such a setup. The joint is filled with recent arrivals who seemingly attained their "skills" in Red Army military prisons. For many of the patrons of this establishment, this is perfectly fine and, in fact, desirable. For those of you wishing for a more personal experience, you better cough up the bucks and go elsewhere.
