I recently went to Fratangelo's for a haircut, after reading the reviews. Bottom line...my stylist did not listen to me. I wanted an easy to maintain hairstyle...she stilll did what she wanted and gave me a style that was not what I described. I don't mind paying a high price for a cut, however, not when I don't get what I expected.
Oh yeah...she took several phone calls during our appointment also. Didn't feel like I got personal attention.
Cute place, but just a bare notch above "Super Cuts." Not going back....
Pros: Location, Products, On Time
Cons: Over priced, Tense atmosphere, Cut not what I wanted
