I do not know who keeps mentioning this ordinary restaurant in listing Philadelphia's fine restaurants, but it is a fraud. Susanna Foo may be a nice lady with good P.R. skills, but her kitchen turns out beautifully prepared food of such ordinary taste as to make the diners wonder why they are paying so much. I have eaten here three times, and every time wished I closed my eyes and picked a Chinatown restaurant at random.
Pros: Excellent service, attractive room, impressive menu
Cons: ordinary and bland fo, outrageous prices, small plates
