I took my family to Firebirds for a Saturday evening of dinning. Once I arrived, I was told to come back in an hour, so I did so. After an hour, I was told it would be only 20 more minutes to wait, but it ended-up being 45 minutes (poor service) and while waiting in the bar, the waitress kept wanting us to order more drinks. Well, we finished a bottle of wine, and we only did so to pass the 20 minutes away, but you could tell she wanted us to move on so she could collect more tips (very rude service). Well, finally we are given a table. Made our order, waited on the bread only to have the waiter to come back an say ""we are out of the prime-rib"". The waiter said they had ""ran-out"" of prime rib; this is at 7:45pm on a Saturday.
