I dinned at tiburon last week and was completely impressed. This was my third visit to Tiburon and the best one yet. The service, once a little slow, is now impecable, tenders and waitstaff. I have traveled the world over and the chef has the food down, yes some dishes are more mild than I like but on my last visit I asked for advice on what to get and the chef actually came out and recommended a dish (he informed me the specials are aimed at more seasoned dinners). If you have been here once and didn't like it you should give it another chance because you are missing out Mon!
