i do tech support for a living and when i have a severe mac problem...dead hard drive, bad power supply, fried motherboard this is where i go. i have to say that you should go first thing in the morning as the wait gets longer and longer in the afternoon. usually for hardware service takes a couple of days. data recovery takes a week. staff is helpful and seem to know everything about macs. but definitely go early in the morning. walking in at 5 o'clock will guarantee frustration.
