I love the Hudson in the summertime. The private garden is, in my opinion, the greatest place to enjoy drinks in the city. Yet, the Library Bar lacks all that Private Park posseses. It is quiet, the crowd dowdy and boring. The several times I was there, there wasn't even music playing.
