This steakhouse is intended to be loud, crowded and expensive. It is perfect. It sounds to me like a lot of reviewers need to find out what medium rare is vs. medium. The service should not be based on the delivery of the food, but the attentiveness of your two waiters. When I go to Morton's I plan on spending at least 1 1/2 hours there. I think the low reviews may be a problem with your company holding a conversation for an hour and a half. Have a Manhattan and relax.
