The setting is better than most and cleaner (the bathroom perhaps the cleanest), but the food wasn't better and the service sucks. It was impossible to get any of the waiters' attention, many don't even speak English. The dim sum was also in short supply and variety. You couldn't even take orders for items on their dim sum menu (I couldn't get my all-time fave barbeque pork buns). A meal that should have taken an hour, took 2 waiting for inadaquete more expensive food . I've never gone back since... except when my parents take out the entire family. Apparently unless your chummy with the manager and can speak fluent cantonese, I would avoid going to this place for dim sum at all costs. For dinner though, its decent and a nicer atmosphere.
Pros: nice setting, clean bathrooms
Cons: awful service, too crowded (dim sum), more expensive
