I went for the first time with 3 other friends and got very basic service. Eventually we were put on a waiting list after first being brushed off (note: you can put yourself down on the list). We were seated fairly quickly because the staff was very focused on speed of service and our food took a normal amount of time to get to us. Food was good, but it didn't feel very friendly.
