The stylists are AWESOME, talented, and artistic individuals....one of the owners, Ms. Jackson, is a businesswoman. She cancelled my appointment to accomodate her 3 month in advance schedule, and could not so much as phone me to let me know. Overbooking doesn't mean cutting clients out. I was getting engaged that weekend and the appointment setter said I had never made an appointment. I sent her the original email I asked for the appointment date on, they responded with a time and confirmation, then claimed I never made an appoint. They ruined a very important weekend. I expect more out of Evelyn because she is an operating partner, but she is rude, inconsistant, and I don't think I will ever go back there again. I'd rather go to Bella where I am treated with a lot more courtesy.
