I had been looking forward to trying this restaurant and was very impressed by its appearance when I entered. However, our meal was the most diasterous dining experience in many years. The ginger dressing was absolutely BLAND with NO TASTE WHATSOEVER. The chef (we were at the hibachi grill) ran out of ingredients THREE TIMES and had to stop the action each time and wait on more food to be brought from the kitchen (they appear to be obsessed with overserving by even one milligram!). He then served an entree to the wrong customer and, since he could not remove the food from the person's plate, we stopped once again to wait on more shrimp to come from the kitchen. We were repeatedly told they were understaffed, but isn't that THEIR problem? Go to Tokyohana or Benihana instead!
