Grand Cafe truly deserves top marks in all categories...this is one of the finest dining experiences in San Francisco, with delicious dishes, sumptuous service, divine decor, and a remarkably cosmopolitain ambience that cannot be matched at other bistros in town. Most of all, this wonderful experience is due in large part to a particularly wonderful bartender by the name of Tolentino, who brightens up the entire restaurant with his impeccible manners, friendly attitude and, might I add, drop-dead good looks.
