Let me summarize... Usually difficult to find a parking spot, wait in line for 20 minutes, sit in a really uncomfortable booth or worse yet little table, then end up with a rude and surly waitress with a ton of attitude, only to get a burger tossed at you on waxed paper. Good luck trying to get her back to your table for some ketchup (you want WHAT?) once you've got your food. Sure the burgers are good, but not good enough to put up with all that nonsense. I don't understand what people see in this place.
