Immediately, the ambience welcomes you into the Grotto, and warm mellow Jazz floated out of the Vino Room Lounge. Welcomed into the dining room, we find a menu of traditional Italian with some more creative dishes, all reasonably priced. Portions are generous, and service is friendly.
The air here is of authenticity. Luigi greeted guests, and found time to chat with some. Visiting the Grotto is like visiting a friend's house. No pretentousness here. It is welcoming, comfortable and satisfying.
