One of my best meals I had was at Django, but oddly enough, I tried it again about 2 months later, and experienced one of the worst meals I ever had at a restaurant. It may have been an off night in the kitchen the second time, since it is so unusual that food prepared so well the first time could be so bad the next. I guess I will give them another try, but that second bad experience did scare me off a bit...
The staff are pleasant and extremely knowledgeable on the menu items. The restaurant is small and and chairs and tables are mismatched in a charming, down-to-earth sort of way. It is obvious that the owners place more emphasis on the food.
I would have rated the food higher, but that second experience left a bad taste in my mouth (both figuratively and literally!)
