I started going to Salon In Vogue approx. 2 years ago. I will say that I am happy with the skin care specialists they employ and have never had bad brow wax. Frankly, the part I really dislike about the Salon is their VERY unfriendly and EXTREMELY uptight atmosphere. The ladies (and men) that work at the front desk are among the rudest I have ever encountered. They always act as if I am inconveniencing them by showing up for an appointment that I made. Until recently I always dreaded going there because I would have to deal with their rude staff, but I wanted a good brow wax, so I'd have to deal. I'd finally put up with it enough and thank goodness I found a new salon! I don't have to dread going there anymore. From what I hear, I am not the only unhappy customer.
Cons: VERY rude, disgruntled workers, over-priced
