I used to frequent Kikugawa from late '92 up until Fall of 2000. The food was consistenly good, but the waitstaff became indifferent and rude over time to the point of effete snobbism. I felt unwelcome and more a hinderance to their otherwise boring existence. I doubt I'll ever return for another dose of mannerless ass-whoopin' from the many Geisha'd out gals who think the sun rises and sets on their fat fans.
Pros: Good sashimi & sushi, Excellent views, Hot Saki!
Cons: Bad-mannered staff, Pricey, Never enough gari
