Given a choice of dinner or lunch at the Hot Point go for lunch. At Dinner the service is appallingly bad. It took us 30 minutes just to get water for everyone at our table of 5 and only repeated reminders that we had to walk out at a set time produced food 10 minutes before our deadline. That said, the food itself is fabulous. Spicy and inventive, the menu is more than just pizza and sandwiches. If you plan to go for dinner allow at least 2 hours unless the owner hires well trained wait staff - and more of them.
Pros: great food, interesting menu
Cons: Service, Crowded
