Most Indian places seems to have indifferent service at best. At Flavor of India they seem to actually care that you are having a good time. Ask about some of the dishes you are having and there's a good chance the chef will come out and enthusiastically answer your questions.
Food is great, the semi-outdoor setting is nice. The menu is nice, with great vegetarian dishes.
Maybe their lunch isn't good (I haven't tried), but dinner has been great everytime we have gone.
