I have been going to Houston's for over 20 years. Tonight, we were told it would be 10 minutes for a table for 5 and when the table became available, the hostess sat another group - that had arrived at least ten minutes after us. The manager, Nathan, at the Lenox Houston's, never apologized for the treatment. We finally got a table at 8:10pm. (One of the other hostesses confirmed we were indeed skipped.) Nathan offered us an artichoke appetizer for our ""extended wait."" He still didn't care what had been done. You see, we had children with us when we arrived. It will be a very cold day...before we ever eat there again. First Come, First Served, SHOULD MEAN First Come, First Served!!!!!!
