I would stick to China Town the next time I'm hankering for noodles. While the atmosphere is certainly hip, the food is pretty disappointing. We started with the gyoza, which we were surprised to find were deep fried in oil, as opposed to pan-fried or steamed lika a traditional asian gyoza. They ended up being still frozen in the middle--yuck!! I had the ramen with tofu: the tofu tasted sour and the broth was tasteless. The noodles, however, we perfectly cooked. My wife had the green curry chicken which as spicy, but not very complext at all. I'll try the Mexican place next door next time instead--it looks better.
Pros: cheap, good beer on tap, trendy and hip
Cons: bad food, freezing inside, not authentic
