I recently had a birthday dinner at the Longhorn Steakhouse near Libery, in KC North. The service was weak, the table was not cleaned, the waitress kept forgetting things, and the steak was very average. It was late or we would have driven a little farther to Strouds or Tommie's. Even a Ponderosa would have been a better value. I hate these chain outfits and their lousy "bottom line" mentality.
Pros: Decent Potato, Decent Caesar Salad, Lots of parking
Cons: Loud and noisy, Mess hall ambience, Gen X,Y service
