This is probably the best buffet in Vegas. I have been to the Champagne Brunch two times and have been completely satisfied with the food.
The selections range from pate to seafood to egg dishes to made-to-order crepes. There are several stations around the place, and the selection is very wide and varied.
The best best, though, are the seafood, the pastries and the crepes. The crepes are made right in front of you while you wait with your choice of toppings (get the chocolate sauce with almonds).
Service is lacking, both by the wait and bus staff. But isn't horrific. Get all your drinks early and you should be set before the next go around.
The food is not standard buffet, so if you are a picky eater, go somewhere else as you won't be pleased.
