The owner/stylist did not listen to my needs or to my preferences. She spent most of her time pushing overpriced (compared to Nordstroms) products and future services. She even insulted my color palatte (I wear Bobbi Brown adn Laura Mercier cosmetics so I don't see how that is possible). Steer clear of this place. It is a waste of time and money.
