I have eaten at First Course at least six times since it opened last summer and have been impressed each time with the high quality, creativity and honesty of the cuisine. Each time, I have also been impressed with the desire this restaurant has to improve the dining experience. While the staff was a little rough at first, service has improved greatly so that it is now on a par with the food. The overall value for the dining experience is currently unequalled in the Twin Cities.
