We had been hearing great things about this restaurant and it's locations in LA and New York. When it opened in SF, we tried it. Needless to say, we were disappointed. The food was served as in asian restaurants ""to share"". The calamari salad came out greasy and a bit mushy. The other dishes were so so. The ahi tuna appetizer was bland (Aqua is much better). The service was mediocre for the price you would pay for a full service french type restaurant. Food plopped in front of you and not portioned out. Call me a snob but when you are paying these prices, you should get some service.
The ambiance is nice but did not make up for the food.
