I moved to Marin four years ago and I know how hard it can be to find the kind of quality restaurants the city has to offer. From the moment I arrived at Insalatas, I knew I had found a unique treasure. When you arrive you can enjoy a drink at their full bar, or select one of their specialty drinks from their menu once seated at your table. The waiter we had was patient and informative and the food was delightful! I now save myself the drive into the city on a Friday night and head to Insalatas instead.
