After seeing a couple of episodes of East Meets West and reading the New Yorker article on Ming Tsai a few years ago, I promised myself I'd go to Blue Ginger on my next trip to Boston (I live in CA). The food was really innovative and wonderful. I went with three other people, and all of us were absolutely delighted with our entrees. The cookie plate for dessert wasn't bad either!
