Seattleites obviously don't know BBQ. This stuff is nothing more than stewed meat. I read the reviews, and being a BBQ fanatic, took my wife and had lunch. I even had some of the ""Man."" This bears no resemblance to real BBQ, infact it is terrible as food in general. The owner is great and worth a visit. Eat only if you have to.
