Dined at Tiburon last night for the first time. The foos was spectacular!!! This chef deserves doors to seperate the dining room from the dishpit. Throughout the entire meal I was able to hear reach-in doors closing, silverware rattling into a dish rack and someone getting ice from the ice bin then slamming the lid closed. I would love to go back because of the food. However, don't feel comfortable listening to the kitchen noises and dealing with very impersonal, clinical service. I WOULD ignore the service if they got a door.
