I've never seen anything quite like RumJungle in my life. The bar/restaurant was huge and about 3 stories tall (open air). Any kind of drink (rum especially) and excellent food combonations. I ordered the sampler platter which had me asking for a doggie bag because so much food was served.
The restaurant converts into a nightclub late at night with dancers overhead on the catwalks. Waterfalls and plate glass windows to view the kitchen.
Pros: Unique Atmosphere, Great Drinks, Oversized portions
Cons: Hard to Find in Hotel, Cover charge for bar, Not Many Singles
