Having visited this particular Friendly's on many occasions, we opt to go to the Friendly's in Lenox, 25 miles from our home, instead of the Great Barrington location which is one mile from our home. The service at this particular Friendly's is terrible. If often takes up to fifteen minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant, the server comes to your table twice. Once to take your order and once to deliver your food. On two seperate occasions, the servers and management have had fights including cursing (we have a three year old son) that could be heard through the entire building. I would not recommend this location at all.
Pros: good location, ample parking
Cons: terrible service, not family oriented, rude employees
